The concept of Home Services Consultants was developed by Building Engineering Management, a third party provider of real estate and construction consultation services. In essence, BEM acts as the consumers’ Home Services Consultants, helping them to make important decisions when it comes to buying/selling a home, and hiring vendors for inspections, renovating, repair and other home service needs.

Having many years of experience in the financial industry and personal real estate purchasing businesses, the owner of BEM recognized a need to connect consumers with professional licensed vendors and contractors, who are honest, reliable and trustworthy. When people are ready to hire a home service vendor, they often seek a “referral” rather than choosing an unknown source. BEM’s established relationships with contractors and vendors, along with our engineering and architectural management experience, offer a consultation level second to none.

We offer an independent third party concierge style service to the real estate world that is both unique and a resource. Our clients find this service extremely valuable, especially when they do not have relationships of their own.
